The IWF Executive Development Roundtable, is a two-day intensive leadership and development training for women leaders, which has a proven track-record of reportable increase of self-efficacy, goal setting and leadership development for participants. EDR’s can be used as a powerful retention tool for an organisation looking to develop female talent. Program curriculum is customised based on company strategy and audience level. EDR’s have been developed for emerging leaders, C-suite level leaders and cohorts that include men in the process of developing female talent.
Throughout the program, emphasis is placed on promoting relationships among the participants and building bridges across the organisation. EDRs are interactive and engaging to further connections and foster peer networking and mentoring among the group.
