From the beginning, IWF Australia has been passionate about shaping leadership for the future. We were founded by leaders striving to make a difference for women, including Helen Rule who was an IWF Leadership Fellow at the time. Inspired by the global community of IWF, she committed to founding IWF Australia as her Legacy Project, the mechanism by which Leadership Fellows return the learnings from their program year. Now almost 10 years later, IWF Australia continues to support and empower women leaders through signature leadership development and initiatives and world-class global programming.

EMERGING WOMEN LEADERS PROGRAM

Our Emerging Women Leaders Program (EWLP), launched in 2019, empowers participants to develop their leadership through personal storytelling from our IWFA members.
